I am attempting to take children in too, as i can't afford the cost of childcare to return to work. it stinks right? I am presently looking for online opportunities or out of home business to make extra cash. I have done avon befor and that is fairly simple. I just signed on to do consulting for a new company, still on ground level and only cost 10$. i am not bringing in a huge revenue yet but it is very little work and i am making extra money. i expect it is going to grow very fast. do not fall for the data entry thing. i did. bad news. and watch out for the stay at home mom companies they too are just marketing tools, it will cost you alot and i find those confrence call mlm things very unconfortable.
have you filed for fafsa? if you qualify for a pel grant there is also an opportunity to accept loans that will help you pay your bill as you study. i don't know how prestidges kaplan university is but they offer online degrees and in one day will determine your financial aid awards with you. i'm telling you it is worth a shot. you could end up with lots of extra money that doesn't need to be paid until you finish school. also consider consulting or direct sales positions that offer websites, easy way to make a little extra. thats what im doing while i return back to school. not in great shape yet but i did the same thing in the past and it really worked.
what is the name of your books? i just found a consulting business opportunity for $10.00 start up fee and you can do it all from computer if you want as well as catalouges, parties whatever. its pretty cool. wont make you rich, i don't think but i do believe that in order to make it through the tough times i am having, that i will need to jump onto multiple opportunities until one of them is profitable enough on its own.

good luck. I am returning to school with kids at home too. i know that it can be tough. way to go. i frequently come across good sites for grants i will send as i find. be very careful the web is full of scams re: school grants.

these guys are helping me. I just signed on with them so I don't know exactly what I think of them, but I cried when I got off the phone because I finally felt that finances were going to be under control. They also explained that this will better my credit. Here is the thing, you shouldn't have to pay extra because there are non for profits out there. Always ask if this is bankruptcy and how it will affect your credit. Because there are three different options, consolidation, counseling, and bankruptcy. Not an expert, just a victim of poor money management.

I recently attempted to return to work after maternity leave. What I learned is that daycare providers were making more money than me. So basically I couldn't afford to go back. Time with my son has made me realize that making it as a stay at home mom is really ideal for him, assuming I can provide financially as well. I began my hunt for stay at home employment options that cost little to nothing to start up. What I found was a sea of scams targeting stay at home mothers. I sifted carefully through my findings, as not to get stung. My theory is to attempt as many opportunities as possible and let them add up financially. This is the only logical solution as I learned that the get rich quick concept is a lie. I owned my own business before, affected by hurricane Charley, and I know that in self employment you should expect to go broke before getting rich. I would like to invite discussion regarding safe and legitimate ways to make money at home. My goal is to design my own legitimate opportunity for stay at home parents. I am starting with no money. I am attempting to working in other online industries and save until I can get my gig off the ground. I have computer support standing by and all we need is capital. So with your personal experiences and hopefully some returning buisiness from all of you I will be able to design a simple and needs focused opportunity as well as create the financial base that I need to get things rolling.
